HD HYUNDAI recently announced its plans to hold ‘HD HYUNDAI DAY’ event this month, respectively at Chungnam National University's Human Resources Development Center on the 13th and Chonnam National University (College of Engineering) on the 14th.

HD HYUNDAI DAY is a “visiting job fair” prepared by executives and HR managers, where they visit the alma mater to promote HD HYUNDAI’s vision, corporate culture, and core business fields such as shipbuilding and offshore engineering, energy, and construction equipment.

At this event, HD HYUNDAI provides employment counseling opportunities to job seekers, setting up booths by each affiliate. In addition, the history and vision of HD HYUNDAI as well as personnel systems and recruitment matters are introduced through an executive communication lecture program and recruitment briefing session for applicants.

HD HYUNDAI especially focuses on promoting its core business areas, including the world's No. 1 shipbuilding business, the construction equipment business that aims to become a global top-tier, and the energy business with the highest level of competitiveness. In line with the expectations of college students in the job market, HD HYUNDAI plans to appeal its strength in business and recruitment competitiveness in the long term.

Starting with the event at Korea University and Yonsei University last May, HD HYUNDAI has visited universities across the country, including Sungkyunkwan University, Chung-Ang University, Inha University, Kyungpook National University, Pusan National University, UNIST, and Hanyang University. The booths are receiving good response from the job seekers, attracting 500 students on average.

An official from HD HYUNDAI said, “We will roll up our sleeves to nurture excellent local talents that lead and decide the future of the company.”
